By using the services provided by Stratous LLC and Stratous Cultural Connections SAC («Stratous»), you agree to the following terms:
1. Recruitment Services
Stratous provides international recruitment, vetting, and coordination services for the J1 Cultural Exchange Program. We facilitate the connection between qualified participants and U.S. host employers.
2. SMS and Communication Consent
By providing your phone number on our registration forms, you explicitly consent to receive SMS, MMS, and voice communications from Stratous regarding your application, interview schedules, and recruitment updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your program status.
3. User Obligations
Users are responsible for providing truthful and accurate documentation for recruitment and visa processing purposes.
4. Disclaimer
Stratous acts as a recruitment intermediary. Final visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the U.S. Department of State, and program acceptance is subject to host employer approval.
